Anne is interested in Feline Medicine and is interested in promoting cat-friendly methods of working and is helping the practice achieve cat friendly status within the renowned International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM).

 

Anne graduated from Glasgow University in July 1989 and spent 17 years working in Kent, initially in mixed practice then settling into small animal practice. She returned to Glasgow in October 2006 and worked for the SSPCA at the Glasgow, Dumbarton and Lanarkshire Centres before joining the Veterinary Centre in December 2014.

Anne is interested in Feline Medicine and is interested in promoting cat-friendly methods of working.  Anne completed 2 year course on feline medicine approved by the renowned International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM). In doing this, Anne helped the practice achieve the ISFM award of 'Cat friendly status' at a silver level. She also enjoys soft-tissue surgery and dentistry including promoting the use of dental radiography in small animal practice.

When not working ...

Anne is married with four children and lives with two rescue cats called Oliver and Toulouse and three rescue guinea pigs. In her spare time she enjoys baking for friends and family, going to the theatre and ballet and exercising at a local gym.
